Namidabashi, literally meaning “tears (namida) bridge (bashi)” is the song powerfully sung by Taeko Ito. She was once the member of Diesel Ann, but formed a duo called Tjiros (Tee-ji-ruh-s) in 2010, with Taeko the vocalist and guitarist and the other being bassist Tomohito Shinoda.

How to roughly read Japanese roma-ji, the writing system using alphabets:
• “ha” reads either ‘ha’, as in ‘hut’, or wa as in ‘wand’, depending on its function
• “wo” normally reads ‘o’, unless stressed
• a, e, i, o, and u are vowels, in which there are no diphthongs, so “au” reads ‘a-u’, not ‘aw’ as in ‘awful’
