とあります。

「ソルト・オブ・ジ・アース(Salt Of The Earth)」とは、この地の塩、すなわちかけがえのない存在であるといわれています。

この曲がB面最後に収録されているのが、1968年に発表されたザ・ローリング・ストーンズの『ベガーズ・バンケット（乞食の宴会）』というタイトルのLPです。
