登場「人物」は、男と女と酒です。ザ・ダブリナーズのボーカル、ショーン・キャノン(Sean Cannon: 1940-)は歌う前にアイルランドの「愛の三角形」と言っています。
男は酒を離したくない、女は男を離したくない、これなら一本棒の形なのですが、「酒は女を離したくない」という目に見えない力が働いて、三角形になるのでしょう。
ただし、この「力」は科学的に証明されたものではなく、願望力によって期待されるものであります。また、一時的にしか作用しないことは現実的に把握されています。
